Now 11 to 10 it was easier for them to pass the ball and create chances which will give the opportunities for Robert to create something.... meanwhile when he gets 2 or 3 passes per one halv that tells something's wrong. Barcelona also had higher possession against Girona and somehow Girona was by far the better team in that game. What good comes from having high possession if you don't create goal scoring opportunities and at the same time every time you lose the ball your opponent creates chances because you commit so many players forward that there's no-one left to defend? I understand not everyone is a football expert but come on, these are basics. Xavi wants Barca to play like they used to during his time as a player in Barcelona. The problem is that they don't have that kind of quality anymore. Back then they were the best team in the world, now they are not even the best team in Catalonia. Objectively speaking they need either better defenders or more tactical discipline. I assume you are a Barca supporter, aren't you disappointed with your team's performance this season? Do you really think that a team with that kind of huge budget and so many star players should finish La Liga behind Girona? How is this good management? Get a grip

@@Gavroche_ firstly you had to wait for Girona's match before backing up your argument. Versus Valencia they had the ball possession and won the match. I commented based on how you depicted Barça's first half I then phrased out to you that the first half you're talking of Barça had higher ball %. There was never a time I wrote possession wins you match other than goals. Secondly when we talk of Spanish la liga we've got two giants and Barça is one of them regardless of the present predicaments. Form can fluctuate but class is permanent. I know Barça underperformed this season you still can't right them off from the legendary status. I'm not happy with their inconsistency this season as a Barça fan but things like this does happen giving that Barça is still trying to recover from their financial quagmire and we can't sign quality players befitting of Barça standard due to our FFP limit. I can see your resentments towards Barça. Bringing Barça down to the level of rating them catalonia standard is funny and appalling and shows how limited your reasoning can be. Lastly i believe sooner or later the right calls will be made and the prestige and status will be regained. Força Barça.
